About the Role
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Webtopia, you will lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns, ensuring client objectives are met through strategic planning, precise targeting, and performance-driven decision-making. You’ll onboard new clients, understand their KPIs, and align campaigns to their business goals. You’ll be responsible for developing tailored media strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and managing budgets to ensure efficiency.
In this role, you will also oversee creative direction, collaborating with both clients and creative teams to deliver impactful assets. You’ll provide insightful, data-driven reports, offering strategic recommendations to clients and refining their marketing strategies based on real-time results. Additionally, you’ll lead and mentor a media buying team, drive process improvements, and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
Client Management & Strategy
- Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients, aligning on KPIs, objectives, and SLAs. Provide clear expectations and a structured plan for campaign success.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the strategic advisor, recommending integrated marketing solutions and challenging clients’ strategies to achieve superior results.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Escalate issues when necessary.
- Funnel Monitoring: Monitor campaign and site performance across the full funnel, providing actionable recommendations to optimize conversion paths and user journeys.
- Forecasting: Build accurate, data-driven forecasts and set realistic expectations for clients. Regularly update forecasts based on performance trends.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Media Strategy & Planning: Develop targeted Paid Social media strategies and plans, aligned with client goals and performance objectives.
- Campaign Management: Own campaign execution and optimization, performing daily checks and adjustments to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Pacing & Budget Management: Monitor pacing and budget to ensure efficient spend and on-track performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Audience Strategy: Define and refine audience targeting, leveraging data insights for optimal segmentation and engagement.
Creative & Asset Coordination
- Creative Strategy: Oversee creative direction, ensuring performance-driven assets. Provide ongoing strategic feedback to clients and creative teams.
- Asset Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and testing of creative assets, managing production and client/creative team communication.
